About Clark Vetter

I’m Clark Vetter, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX By the Lake, proudly serving Lake Havasu City, Kingman, Bullhead City, and the surrounding areas. I’ve been active in real estate since 2013, and I bring more than 40 years of construction experience into every transaction—offering my clients a level of insight that goes far beyond the surface.

I specialize in development and investor-focused real estate, including new construction, vacant land purchases and sales, and locally developed investment properties. As a licensed subcontractor, I help clients evaluate properties not only for market value, but also for construction quality, potential improvements, and long-term return. I have personally developed local properties for investment, giving me firsthand experience with the full process from planning to completion.

I’m also a veteran, and I take great pride in working with fellow veterans, helping them understand and fully utilize their VA home loan benefits. In addition, I work closely with first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the process with clear communication, education, and steady support from start to finish.
